Dear Student:
This is a reminder that you need to bring your health insurance card or a copy of it with you on or before registration day, for the 2007-2008 school year by August 28, 2007 to the Student Accounts Office. Failure to bring your card with you could result in either paying a late registration fee of $250 or being charged for health insurance which is currently $1,200. All students are required to pay for their health insurance on or before registration. The State of Massachusetts requires that the student health insurance program must provide reasonably comprehensive coverage of health services, including preventive and primary care, emergency services, surgical services, hospitalization benefits, ambulatory patient services, mental health services and LMHC (License Mental Health Counselors). If you would like to know if you health insurance card will be accepted, we encourage you fax us your copy ahead of time at 978-368-2283 with your full name and ID number.
