Time to Eat!
You won't be hearing that call like you might have at home, but we want you to feel welcome and well fed by the Atlantic Union College's Chef and Director of the Chan Shun Dining Commons, Mr. Henry Livergood. Mr. Livergood prepares a delicious, huge buffet of vegetarian food three times a day during the week and twice daily on Sabbath and Sunday. Henry has been the Chef at AUC since... and his hand is on the menu every day and his heart is committed to making sure no students, faculty or staff are walking around campus hungry!

The Chan Shun Dining Commons is a large, open, bright and welcoming space where AUC community members, and often people from neighboring towns, will come to dine. It has a high ceiling adorned with flags from around the world and a hearth that holds a crackling fire on cold winter days. From all sides you can look outside, one way you see the historic Village Church of Seventh day Adventists and the other way you look on to the large campus mall. No matter what the season... the view is beautiful, tranquil and a window to college life.

We hope that you will enjoy many delicious and enjoyable meals in the dining common, leaving only when you are feeling well nourished and after having made connections with friends and colleagues from the campus community. We look forward to getting to know you... now, TIME TO EAT!
