Campus Housing

Residence Halls
Atlantic Union College offers students a number of different alternatives for housing while they are attending school here. Generally, all incoming students as well as many other students will be advised to live on campus in either the Women's or Men's residence halls.

Preston Hall houses all of the women and Lenheim Hall houses the men. On campus living provides students with an immediate sense of community as students living in the dorm are inclined to study, eat and worship together. This is the place where many of the most important relationships that students will have during their years at college are formed. As part of a community within each of the different residence halls students will have expectations of behavior and must follow all residency hall guidelines for both the comfort and safety of all residents.

Off-Campus Apartments
Additionally, AUC maintains off-campus housing for the convenience and comfort of its students. The college currently owns and operates approximately 69 family units for students. There are efficiency, one, two and three bedroom apartments. These apartments are available to adult students, whether they are single or married, with or without children. All housing is only available to full time students during the period of time they are studying on campus and students must be registered for classes on a year around basis, including the summer months. Single students who are 23 years are older are eligible to apply for efficiency apartments.

When a student of Atlantic Union College becomes a tenant in campus housing, he/she becomes part of a multicultural community contributing to a Christian congenial social atmosphere with fellow residents.

All incoming students make housing arrangements at the time of acceptance to the college. All student apartments are under the management of the Director of Housing. All adult current and transfer students may correspond with the Director of Housing regarding requests for application forms at the following address:
